How do I redeem my ticket purchased online?

1. On the day of the event (10th Nov) the redemption counter will be opened for you to redeem your concert wristband in order to gain entry into the concert.
2. When you redeem, show a copy of your valid IC as this is an 18+ event. 
3. If you are not the original purchase/ticket holder, WhatsApp a full screenshot of your ticket & details of the new ticket holder to TicketApps customer service at ‭+60 11 2085 6500 . A fee will be charged for name change.

Hausboom is a play on the Malay word ‘haus’ meaning thirsty which is also pronounced similiarily to the English word ‘house’. The name Hausboom encapsulates the spirit of a homegrown Malaysian sparkling fruit drink brand that provides a refreshing burst of energy. Is there any parking at MIECC?

There is ample parking space at the event site. There are total 1,500 units of covered car park inside the building, and 500 units of opened car park at MINES Square and along the roadside.

You always have 7 days to decide if the item is right for you.
 
 • Hausboom guarantees to refund any items, provided that they have been kept in reasonable condition prior to their return. All our packages contain a return address label to use when you send items back.
